- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pretty much impossible to book an appointment at this place! I have been a patient here for most of my life and still struggle to get appointments when needed. There is a massive lack of communication between the doctors and reception staff regarding the appointments system. I have always struggled to book over the phone or online because there are never any appointments! When you ask for an appointment in advance, you are told that you have to book on the day. However, my parents rang at the same time and managed to book one over the phone for days in advance? The appointments system needs completely changing. That being said, when you do eventually get to see a doctor/nurse; they are helpful, kind and courteous.by Rosie YatesFebruary 02, 2017
